This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, protect, retain, and delete information related to the use of our application and its services.
Our goal is to protect users’ personal information and maintain transparency regarding our privacy practices.
Autism 911 does not sell users’ personal information.

Autism 911 RBTs may collect information necessary to create and manage user accounts and provide the functions of the application.

- Personal and contact information: name, email address, phone number, gender, city of residence, preferred language, and profile photo.
- Professional information: RBT certification number, professional experience, Medicaid provider status, availability, and preferred work areas.
- Account and security information: login credentials, account settings, and referral code information when applicable.
- Case and service information: available, assigned, or referred cases, requests, and information necessary to coordinate services.
- Professional documents: certificates, training records, and documentation required for professional or verification processes.
- Communications: messages and inquiries submitted through the application’s chat or support functions.
When certain case-related information may be considered sensitive, access is limited to authorized users and must be used only for purposes related to providing or coordinating services.
Use of Information
Autism 911 may use collected information to:
- Create and manage user accounts.
- Provide the functions and services of Autism 911 RBTs.
- Manage professional profiles, documents, cases, and requests.
- Facilitate coordination between professionals and authorized service providers.
- Communicate with users about activities related to the application.
- Send notifications related to accounts, cases, documents, or other application activities.
- Provide user assistance and support.
- Maintain and improve the operation and security of the application.
- Comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
Autism 911 does not sell users’ personal information.
Sharing of Information
Autism 911 may share information when necessary to provide the services of Autism 911 RBTs or when the user has authorized such sharing.
Information may be shared with:
- Authorized Autism 911 personnel.
- Authorized agencies, service providers, or professionals involved with a case or service.
- Trusted providers necessary to operate and maintain the application.
- Competent authorities when required by a valid legal obligation.
Access to information is limited according to the roles and legitimate needs of authorized users.
Autism 911 does not sell personal information to third parties.
Disclosure for Legal Reasons
Autism 911 may disclose personal information when reasonably necessary to:

- Respond to valid legal processes.
- Respond to legally enforceable government requests.
- Protect the rights, safety, or property of Autism 911, its users, or others.

Data Retention
Autism 911 retains personal information while the user’s account remains active and for as long as necessary to provide the services and functions of Autism 911 RBTs.
When a user requests account deletion, the account is deactivated and scheduled for permanent deletion. The account and associated information are retained for 15 days to allow the user to request reactivation.
If no reactivation request is received within 15 days, the account and associated personal information are permanently deleted from the system.
Account & Data Deletion
Users of Autism 911 RBTs may request deletion of their account directly through the application.
To request account deletion:
Profile Menu → Security → Delete Account → Confirm
Once the request is confirmed, the account is deactivated and scheduled for permanent deletion. The account and associated information are retained for 15 days to allow the user to request reactivation.
If no reactivation request is received within 15 days, the account and associated personal information are permanently deleted from the system.
Uninstalling the application does not automatically delete the account.

Autism 911 may verify the user’s identity before processing a deletion request submitted outside the application.
Data Security
Autism 911 uses reasonable measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, disclosure, or misuse.
Access to sensitive information is limited to authorized users based on their roles and legitimate needs.
Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials and notifying Autism 911 if they suspect that their account has been accessed or used without authorization.
No electronic system can guarantee absolute security.
Changes to Our Privacy Policy
Autism 911 may update this Privacy Policy when necessary to reflect changes to the application, services, legal requirements, or our privacy practices.
When significant changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date shown at the beginning of this Privacy Policy.
