Autism 911 values the privacy and security of users of the Autism 911 HelpLine application.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, protect, retain, and delete information related to the application and its services.

Autism 911 does not sell users’ personal information.

Autism 911 HelpLine may collect information necessary to create and manage user accounts, respond to requests, and provide application services.

  • Personal and contact information: representative name, email address, phone number, preferred contact time, and profile photo.
  • Insurance and service information: selected insurance, requested services, and other information necessary to process or coordinate a request.
  • Account information: login credentials, account settings, preferred language, and referral code information when applicable.
  • Appointment and case information: appointments, requests, and case status or progress.
  • Communications: messages and inquiries submitted through chat or support functions.

Information related to insurance, requested services, or cases may be sensitive. Access is limited to authorized users and must be used only to process or coordinate the requested services.

Use of Information

Autism 911 may use collected information to:

  • Create and manage user accounts.
  • Process and coordinate service requests.
  • Manage appointments and case progress.
  • Communicate with users about their requests and account activity.
  • Send relevant notifications.

Autism 911 does not sell users’ personal information.

  • Authorized Autism 911 personnel.

  • Trusted providers necessary to operate and maintain the application.

Access is limited according to each authorized user’s role and legitimate need.

Autism 911 does not sell personal information to third parties.

Disclosure for Legal Reasons

Autism 911 may disclose personal information when reasonably necessary to:

Data Retention 

Autism 911 retains personal information while the user’s account remains active and for as long as necessary to provide the services and functions of Autism 911 HelpLine.

When a user requests account deletion, the account is deactivated and scheduled for permanent deletion. The account and associated information are retained for 15 days to allow the user to request reactivation.

If no reactivation request is received within 15 days, the account and associated personal information are permanently deleted from the system.

Account & Data Deletion

Users of Autism 911 HelpLine may request deletion of their account directly through the application.

To request account deletion:

Profile Menu → Security → Delete Account → Confirm

Once the request is confirmed, the account is deactivated and scheduled for permanent deletion. The account and associated information are retained for 15 days to allow the user to request reactivation.

If no reactivation request is received within 15 days, the account and associated personal information are permanently deleted from the system.

Uninstalling the application does not automatically delete the account.

Autism 911 may verify the user’s identity before processing a deletion request submitted outside the application.

User Privacy Rights 

Users may request, when applicable:

  • Access to their personal information.
  • Correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Deletion of their personal information.
  • Deletion of their account.
  • Information about how their information is used and retained.
