Data Retention
Autism 911 retains personal information while the user’s account remains active and for as long as necessary to provide the services and functions of Autism 911 Lead Analyst.
When a user requests account deletion, the account is deactivated and scheduled for permanent deletion. The account and associated information are retained for 15 days to allow the user to request reactivation.
If no reactivation request is received within 15 days, the account and associated personal information are permanently deleted from the system.
Account and Data Deletion
Users of Autism 911 Lead Analyst may request deletion of their account directly through the application.
To request account deletion:
Profile Menu → Security → Delete Account → Confirm
Once the request is confirmed, the account is deactivated and scheduled for permanent deletion. The account and associated information are retained for 15 days to allow the user to request reactivation.
If no reactivation request is received within 15 days, the account and associated personal information are permanently deleted from the system.
Uninstalling the application does not automatically delete the account.

Autism 911 may verify the user’s identity before processing a deletion request submitted outside the application.
